Islamabad High Court Judge IHC Judge Mohsin Kayani issued a land mark judgement in enforced disappearance case. The Judge issued a written order in a case filed against detention of Mr Omer Farooq (Behria Town Isd) in Oct 2019.
Court order that IG Police, Home and Defense Secretaries and SHO concerned Ps to be sacked for non-recovery of citizen in case of enforced disappearance and fines of Rs. 2 millions to all. The Court showed displeasure on police and it’s Investigation.
