Date Milk Juice 

De-seed  3-4 dates and add half cup milk.Add sugar and ice mix it in a blender and transfer it into a glass. Enjoy healthy nutritious drink at home.

Mint lemonade 

In a saucepan, add sugar and 1/4 cup water,bring mixture to a boil.In a large pitcher half-filled with ice, add water, lemon juice, simple syrup, mint, ice, and lemon slices. Stir to combine. 

Mango Lassi

Cut the juicy flesh off the mangoes . Add ice cubes, milk , 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar and the ground cardamom optional .Blitz until smooth, have a taste, and add a little more honey, if needed.
