The Two-member bench of the Islamabad High Court is to resume the hearing of the Avenfield case appeals today. In the last hearing, the court had directed NAB to conclude the final arguments in today’s hearing. Interestingly, NAB Prosecutor Usman Rashid Cheema will not appear today to conclude the final arguments. According to NAB sources, NAB prosecutor Usman Cheema will not appear in court due to “health” issues.
