Islamabad High Court on Wednesday constitutes a three-member bench to hear PTI’s plea against ECP’s prohibited funding case. The three-member bench will be headed by the acting Chief Justice of Islamabad Hight. Two other members of the bench are Justice Miangul Hassan and Justice Babar Sattar.
The three-member bench will hear the case on tomorrow. PTI through its additional secretary general Omar Ayyub had challenged the ECP’s decision and pleaded to declare it void and illegal.
The Islamabad High Court on Tuesday had decided to form a larger bench on PTI’s petition against the Election Commission of Pakistan’s prohibited funding case judgment.
