Senate’s Standing Committee on Information and Broadcasting takes notice of the victimization of ARY News.
The Senate committee has summoned the meeting of the Standing Committee on Information and Broadcasting on August 25. The meeting will be chaired by Senator Faisal Javed Khan where matters related to ARY’s NOC, suspension of ARY News’s transmission and cases against ARY’s management and anchors will be part of the agenda.
In this regard, notices have been issued to PEMRA and Information Ministry officials by the senate penal.
