According to Pak Army’s media wing ISPR, Former Spymaster Lt General Faiz Hameed has been posted as Commander Bahawalpur corps. He was currently serving as corps commander Peshawar. His posting is taking place at a time when he was leading the peace talks with TTP. In this regard, he also visited Kabul in May this year and held an important meeting with TTP Chief Noor Wali.
According to ISPR’s official press release, Lieutenant General Sardar Hassan Azhar Hayat is posted as Commander Peshawar Corps and Lieutenant General Khalid Zia is posted as Military Secretary Pakistan Army.
