In an exclusive video message, the Head of the terrorist organization Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Noor Wali Mehsud revealed the details of peace talks between the state of Pakistan and TTP. As per TTP’s head official statement, corps commander Peshawar Lt General Faiz Hameed is heading Pakistan’s delegation and from the TTP side, the TTP head himself is leading the delegation.
In his video message available with Reporters Diary, the TTP head unfolded the demands of TTP and reiterated that TTP will not withdraw from these demands. “TTP wants the reversal of FATA’s merger with KPK and this is our primary demand. The Islamic Emirates is not only mediating these talks but also the guarantor”, said Mehsud.
He also confirmed that some of their prisoners have been released but Pakistani authorities are still conducting operations against TTP fighters.
