ISLAMABAD– In a celebration of the vibrant Brazilian culture, Islamabad Marriott Hotel is going to host a three-day Brazilian Soul Food and Music Festival, in collaboration with the Embassy of Brazil. Turkish Airlines and Eighteen luxury Housing Project.
In his address, Ambassador of Brazil to Pakistan Claudio Lins said the visitors will enjoy quality of Brazilian food and music in the festival.
He thanked the sponsoring partners for their support for making the event successful. “I thank all the partners who helped us to bring the countries together through this food and musical event”, he remarked.
The ambassador maintained that young talented chief was well known in Brazil. He was chief executive officer (CEO) of flourishing company. “He is national as well as best chef of the Brazil”, he added.
The festival will kick off at the hotel on 18th September 2019 and will attract food and music enthusiasts from the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
The Brazilian Guest Chef Kiki Ferrari, accompanied by the Cluster Executive Chef of Islamabad Marriott Hotel Chef Thomas Figovc, will be preparing a variety of dishes from the Brazilian cuisine. Meanwhile, guests will also be able to enjoy sizzling Brazilian barbeque at the festival.
The festival will combine traditional Brazilian spices in a flavourful combination of dishes. From roasted meats to toasted Cassava Flour; from pickled chillies to smoky stews – the tastes of Brazilian Cuisine are as wide and varied as the country itself.
The festival will also have food kiosks featuring Brazilian specialities including Brazilian-style Cold Meat, Mixed Seafood Salad, Amazonian Whole Fish, Grilled Lamb Chops with Creamy Polenta and much more.
Adding to the ambience, the famous Brazilian DJ Tamara Maravilha will keep guests entertained with her exciting mix of musical performances. Following Islamabad Marriott Hotel, the festival will also be taking place in Pearl-Continental Hotel Lahore and Pearl-Continental Hotel Karachi. ENDS
