Imran Khan delivered a powerful speech in Chakwal. He reiterated his stance that criminals have no right to appoint the new COAS of the Pakistan Army. During his speech, he said that DG ISPR did not understand the context of his statement regarding the appointment of the new COAS. He boldly stated that we must break the shackles of fear.
